As a Hero, Ursa Major is certainly a powerful one. However, his animalistic nature makes him wild and unpredictable. He is able to perform extra Move and Attack actions, though that forces him to play his next card randomly. Ursa Major is also part of the soviet Winter Guard, so him and other Heroes may gain extra Attack tokens when he plays his Winter Guard card.
