Spider-Man Noir sees the world in black and white. Literally. He believes that if there’s too much power it’s the responsibility of the people to take it away. Some of his cards allow him to attach a Target token to a nearby Villain, while others use these tokens to deal brutal attacks against this Villain, even if they are in an adjacent Location. Ever the brooding loner, Spider-Man Noir can ignore damage dealt by a Threat card if he’s alone in his Location.
