As would be expected from a speedster, every single card in this Young Avenger’s deck allows him to move. His superhuman speed not only gives him extra Move tokens but allows him to take others with him. With his superhuman agility he can dodge attacks, evading damage. Finally, his superhuman reflexes let him swoop into a Location that’s about to Overflow, rescuing any Civilians and defeating any Thugs that would cause it to Overflow.
