You’ll be hard pressed to see Rocket Racoon performing Heroic Actions. What this temperamental little guy brings to the table is raw firepower and uncanny mechanical genius. His ability to jury-rig anything grants him Wild actions or makes his Action tokens perform at peak capacity.
