Quasar’s powers are tied to his Quantum Bands, though harnessing this awesome energy takes a toll on Quasar. His Quantum Bands Starting Hand card allows him to exchange Actions for Wild tokens every turn. However, Quasar cannot use Wild tokens as long as that card is faceup in the Storyline. He may also generate Quantum Constructs, drawing extra cards, though if that’s done while the Quantum Bands card is still faceup he must discard 1 card and gain a Wild token. At the bottom of his deck Quasar can finally release his Quantum Bands, turning that card facedown and allowing him to use all the Wild tokens he accumulated in a show of force of cosmic proportions!
