To call the Punisher a Hero is stretching the term a bit, but what matters is that he gets the job done. Don’t expect him to do much in the way of Heroic Actions, that’s not what he’s here to do. He doesn’t bring much in terms of teamwork to the table. What he brings is firepower, and lots of it. As a trained Special Ops, he can infiltrate a Location and clear it up in an instant. He’s able to one-shot most Henchmen, not to mention the devastation he causes among Thugs. With an uncanny aimed shot, he can even bypass otherwise impenetrable defenses! Or he can rain heavy firepower across several Locations anywhere on the play area. Whatever the case, he’ll leave devastation in his wake.
