Rachel Summers inherited her mother’s abilities, including the cosmic Phoenix Force. The instability of this force results in Phoenix not being the best of team players. In fact, the majority of her cards grant no actions to the next Hero. To offset that, she can use her Uncanny Power starting hand card to allow other Heroes to skip her card in the Storyline. Now, while her cards don’t help the others much, as an Avatar of the Phoenix Force, most of them grant her an absurd number of Wild actions to do anything she wants. She’s even able to manipulate time to delay the next Villain turn.
