Pestilence poisons the different Locations by adding Crisis tokens to them. These tokens are placed on the Civilian/Thug slots and may be removed using Attack or Heroic actions. Once 3 or more Locations are saturated, she succeeds. She also succeeds if any Hero is KO’d.
