Moondragon possesses unparalleled psionic powers. This can allow her to use the Actions of the 2 previous cards in the Storyline during her turn or forfeit Actions to give corresponding Action tokens to other Heroes. Her telepathic powers can allow another Hero to swap as many cards as they want between their hand and the Storyline, or mind control Thugs and Civilians to turn them. She may look through the entire Master Plan deck, choosing one card to place at the bottom, greatly hindering the Villain.
