Lockjaw is a giant bulldog capable of inter-dimensional teleportation. He uses this ability not only to move to any Location, but also to bring any other Heroes along with him. He is also an excellent tracker, tracking down any Hero, Henchman, or Villain he wants and fighting in their Location.
