Fantomex is an extremely resourceful Hero who uses his abilities to always stay one step ahead of any Villain. He has 2 cards that must be in his starting hand: Using misdirection, he’s always able to freely move to an adjacent Location as soon as a new Master Plan card is revealed, and with his cyber mind he can always perform a free Heroic or Attack action at the end of the Villain’s turn in its Location. Finally, his analytic intelligence allows him to see the next Master Plan so the team can plan their actions accordingly.
