Pumped up with gamma energy, Doc Samson is certainly the strongest psychiatrist in the world. His Starting Hand card allows him to practice his craft, looking after the mental health of all Heroes in his Location and ensuring they are not forced to play their cards randomly or facedown. For a more unorthodox procedure, he can drain the gamma energy around him, turning facedown another Hero’s card with a Special Effect in the Storyline to perform any Action he wants.
