Cypher is a master linguist, deciphering any language. His gifted intelligence may not seem immediately useful in the battlefield, but it may prove invaluable, giving free Heroic tokens to a Hero in his location. His constant Omni-Translation ability Heroes in his location to freely exchange Action tokens. They can even exchange Action tokens with the pool, getting the kinds of tokens they really need for the tasks at hand. Finally, his bonding with Warlock gives him techno-organic feeding abilities, enabling him to clear out Crisis tokens around him.
