Cyclops (P5)

Possessed by the Phoenix Force, Cyclops is out of control. He becomes stronger whenever there’s an Overflow, and his optic blasts sweep across all adjacent Locations, damaging everyone. When his rage reaches its peak, he can even target every Hero not in his Location. Using the Phoenix Power, he pushes Heroes away from him, then blasts the Location on the other side of the play area.

In his misguided plan to build a better world, his Threats will add Civilians in peril across several Locations at once. None who oppose him are safe, as he considers non-mutant Heroes as outlaws, and mutant Heroes as traitors. He exacts his justice with great prejudice.
