Cosmo, the Space Dog, is the Heroes’ best friend. This psionic canine soviet astronaut can use his telekinesis to turn faceup any facedown cards of Heroes in his Location. He may also use mental sedation to cancel the next BAM of a Villain or Henchman in his Location. But don’t think this good boy is all bark and no bite. If Heroes are damaged around him, he can immediately perform equivalent Attack and Heroic Actions.
