By using technoactive manipulation he can take a hit to perform 2 actions of any type, and that shouldn’t pose much of an issue since his techno-organic physiology can refill his hand while staying on the offensive. With psychic mastery he can actually help his whole team cycle through their cards to ready them for the upcoming hardships.
